I ordered a grey sweatpants and hoodie set, and after the first wash (30°C as recommended), the entire set shrank dramatically and no longer fits at all. Interestingly, my other sets from the same brand have held up well under the same care. I reached out to the support team, but they only offered a 15% discount code, which is not helpful when the set is now unusable. After I explained this, they stopped responding to my emails. I'm really let down by this experience. While my other sets are great, a defective product combined with unresponsive customer service is unacceptable at this price.
