I bought a grey sweatpants and hoodie set, and after the very first wash (30°C as recommended), the entire set shrank considerably and is now completely unwearable. It's surprising because my other sets from the same company have been of excellent quality and have held up well through similar washes — this seems to be a specific issue with this grey set. I reached out to their customer support, and the only solution they provided was a 15% discount code — which is not helpful at all since the set I purchased is now useless. After I shared my concerns, they simply stopped responding to my emails. I’m quite disappointed with how this situation was managed. While my other sets are great, a defective product paired with unresponsive customer service is not what I expect for this price.

I had no issues with my first order, so I placed a second one. When it arrived, the item was smaller than advertised. They offered an exchange but then went silent. Very poor customer service and overall experience. I do not recommend ordering from them and have reported them for non-compliance with EU law.
I've discovered my favorite clothing line! The quality is incredible, it fits perfectly, and the feel of the fabric is fantastic. The hoodie appears durable and warm. A friend recommended the brand to me, and I wholeheartedly recommend it as well. Thank you! ❤️
Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I ordered five t-shirts, and two had significant defects: one was much smaller than the listed measurements, and another had a noticeable defect in the neckline stitching. I provided detailed evidence to the support team, and their last response was over a month ago, agreeing to replace one t-shirt but ignoring the other issue. This reflects poorly on their quality control and customer care. I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
