Lomi Quality IssueVERY DISAPPOINTED! BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a Lomi 2 one year ago and paid over $400 including a three year warranty. The unit started to leak about one month ago and Lomi requested that we change the filters and send them videos of the unit operating. We did what was asked of us. They offered to replace our unit, but NOT in the color white that we need. They only have other colors in that model that will not look appropriate as we leave it out permanently on our countertop.We asked them to replace our unit with the Lomi 3 in white which they declined to do. They want us to pay another $325 out of pocket. The extended warranty is a SCAM. What is the point of offering it if you won’t honor it with a like kind unit? Of course color is important when it sits out on the countertop. This is NOT FAIR and we are so disappointed in Lomi customer service.
