Ok so I just talked to a Phil M on the phone from Lomond regarding a sensitive issue that Me and my family where a little worried and concerned about but then comes along Phil M to save the day and put everything at ease, I'm going to say his professionalism and empathy regarding the situation was amazing and Lomond are so lucky to have someone like that on there team and if I was the higher ups of Lomond I would be giving Mr Phil M a raise or least a crate of his favourite beer as he is the sort of guy you wont when it comes to customer care.
