I didn’t realise in 2017 Luton Airport was voted the worse airport - I’m not surprisedThere is 0 management in place, there unfortunately a lack of senior staff so the younger generation are responsible for doing ‘not very much’. Machines are there to help you check in faster? Whilst the staff stand around and make out they’re busy.I nearly missed my flight as the machine didn’t work, I had less than 20 minutes to go through security so I asked a lady in the yellow Tshirt ‘We are here to help’ if I can go through as I was with a baby of 1 year old and was going to miss my flight. Her response - No, you can queue up and will make it.Nice service.
