The bartender failed to show up, and the service did not even message me or send an email. They have ignored multiple phone calls and completely derailed my plans. Don't be fooled by their low prices; choose someone else. They took a deposit and vanished. They are a fraudulent service! Please take this review seriously.
Our bartender was very diligent and polite, clearly eager to do his job well - the cocktails were excellent. He also appeared professional. He worked hard and was very accommodating; for instance, when we ran out of ice, he quickly went to get some without any fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.
This service texted me just before the bartender was scheduled to arrive for our son's 21st birthday party to inform me he was delayed. He arrived an hour late, which disrupted the cocktail-based celebration. When he finally arrived, he was good, but I have sent numerous messages to the service, and they refuse to respond regarding an explanation or reimbursement for the delay.
