I am posting this review to document an unresolved dispute with Razed.

I have an outstanding issue involving my account and/or funds, which I have escalated multiple times directly to Razed through formal written complaints. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response.

At this point, my concern is not only the unresolved issue itself, but the complete lack of communication and transparency. I have retained documentation of all correspondence, timelines, and escalation attempts.

I am posting this publicly to:

create a record of the dispute,

warn other players to exercise caution,

and encourage Razed to engage and resolve this matter.

I am still willing to resolve this professionally. If a fair resolution is provided, I am prepared to update or remove this review to reflect that outcome.

Misleading Bonus Conversion

I made a deposit of $19 without intending to opt into any bonus, yet my deposit was automatically turned into a bonus balance. A representative from the support team confirmed in writing that if I canceled the bonus, my deposit would be returned to my actual balance. However, after canceling, my balance dropped to $0. Later, support claimed my deposit was lost due to wagering, which contradicts their previous written confirmation. This situation feels misleading and unjust. I have complete screenshots of all communications. I am seeking either the restoration of my original deposit or a clear written explanation from a supervisor.
