I need assistance as walking distances are too far. The assistance team are fantastic as are facilities at the Airport and passing through Security and Immigration was a good experience. What I would like to see is a café nearer the Assistance waiting area once through Security and an investment in air bridges, I wouldn't use LCY between November and March because of this, it's too cold and unpleasant.
