I encountered a problem with a ticket I booked, and after numerous attempts to reach out for help, I had no luck getting a response. As a last resort, I sought assistance at the desk, only to find it was not present. Fortunately, I was directed to another desk where Isadora was incredibly helpful. She coordinated with her colleague to resolve my issue by contacting the company on my behalf. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to both Isadora and Adler; they truly exemplify outstanding customer service. Instead of dismissing my concern, they went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely consider booking with this airline in the future!
I dropped my son off at the airport and saw a sign regarding payment, directing me to the website. However, when I attempted to pay the next day, the website was down. I tried calling multiple times but was only met with busy signals and disconnections. Increasingly anxious about a possible fine, I attempted to email the provided addresses, but both bounced back as undeliverable. This is extremely unprofessional; if there's a payment deadline with potential penalties, the system must function properly!
Upon entering the airport, the zipper on my checked luggage broke. With no luggage wrap available and no tape in sight, the staff and police sprang into action to help. They checked for an empty bag and searched for tape, ultimately securing cellophane from a nearby restaurant to wrap my luggage. I am immensely grateful to everyone who assisted me; you were all wonderful and truly made my day!
As a first-time visitor, I found this airport to be the worst I've encountered. I've traveled through many airports across various continents, but none had such poor customer service. The lost and found department had a dismissive attitude, claiming there was nothing they could do about lost items. The staff's lack of assistance was disheartening.
We had a hotel booked for four days but had to leave early due to rain, which led to a flight cancellation. The response from the staff was unhelpful, suggesting we book another hotel or take a train that was fully booked for days. This experience was incredibly frustrating.
The security personnel display troubling behavior, particularly one who seems to target women based on their attire. The overall security process is chaotic and poorly organized. I witnessed a staff member yelling at a customer for simply asking a question. Given my frequent business travel from this airport, the situation is concerning, and I may consider other options if it continues.
