I found London Diamonds online and had been following them on Instagram for a long time, when we decided to get in contact to get their help in designing a ring stack for me. The whole process was exceptional from the design to then getting to see my main diamond by video before agreeing to proceed it was such an experience. James also helped me pick 2 other rings that would go alongside my upgraded Engagement ring and they looked out of this word!
5 Months later i had to contact James as i had accidentally damaged my rings.. i was devastated but he was so reassuring and guided me the whole way, when i received them back it was like getting 3 brand new rings back the Free lifetime service is exceptional.
I would not go anywhere else, now to see what i can get them to make me next :)
