Avoid the tech services at this location.I brought in a broken iPhone (damaged in a construction accident), and instead of getting help, I was met with unprofessional behavior and open disrespect.Multiple employees gathered around, repeated the same questions, and openly laughed about my situation. Having your issue turned into a spectacle in front of an entire team is embarrassing and unacceptable. I was already frustrated—being mocked by staff made it worse.To be clear, I’m not upset that they couldn’t fix the phone—I had it replaced at the Apple Store within the hour. The problem was the experience itself. As a paying customer, being treated this way was completely out of line.I will be warning friends, family, and coworkers about this location, and I hope others read this and steer clear of the same treatment.
