I thought I was purchasing a quality suitcase, but it started falling apart after just five uses. The stitching came loose, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to honor the warranty. After researching, I found many others with similar experiences regarding product durability and lack of support. Very disappointing; I would not recommend this brand.
