I bought a medium-sized luggage at a local store less than two years ago. The retractable handle broke about six months ago, and the surface ripped after only a few uses. I reached out to the office twice but received no response. I'm very disappointed with the product quality and the after-purchase service.

I loved my suitcase initially—lightweight, easy to roll, and attractive—until my first trip. It arrived with the pull handle base half out, a zipper seam splitting, and a dent in the back. Customer service blamed the baggage handlers. Where do you find gentle baggage handlers? All luggage should withstand multiple flights. This company has produced a poor-quality suitcase and backs it up with inadequate service.

After returning, I submitted a warranty claim with pictures and my original receipt, but it was denied. They require the actual suitcase and a serial number, which I was unaware existed.
