I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly a month for my order, and after requesting a refund, I have now been waiting almost another month without receiving my money. Despite being told that the refund would be processed shortly, no funds have been credited to my account.The lack of communication and excessive delay are unacceptable. I expect businesses to take responsibility and handle refunds promptly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here.
