A big shout out to out to the agent who eventually handled my problem. I get the feeling that they are swimming against the tide of a less than user-friendly system. I had a delivery scheduled, but the tracking page didn’t work. There was no text from DPD. The WhatsApp chatbot was very limited. And there was no phone number on the website or reply to an email query. The WhatsApp number went to voicemail. The first contact with an agent didn’t seem like there was a human there. No names or niceties. But, after that, things improved. And a very helpful person provided tracking details, just as the package arrived.
