Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The images displayed on the platform showcased the best rooms in the building, while the one I received was in poor condition: dirty, outdated, and had an unpleasant odor. Despite my repeated complaints, no solutions were provided. Additionally, I was often surprised by a cleaning staff member who entered my room without knocking, including one instance while I was asleep, which was quite distressing. All my concerns were treated with indifference, frequently redirecting me to an automated system that failed to deliver any real help. What should have been a relaxing summer vacation turned into a nightmare, to the extent that I contemplated relocating at my own cost just to escape the dreadful environment. I strongly recommend that others avoid this situation.
