Fast delivery and when they were advised they had sent the wrong item they were so fast at organising a deliver and return. The replaced item came with lots of travel goodies which they didn’t need to send. Great service.

Case lost in transit and a replacement sent immediately.

I ordered a case and when I hadn't received it within the 2-5 working days as stated, I contacted London Luggage and they found out the item had been lost, so sent a replacement on next day delivery. Can't fault that service. Only lost a star because I didn't get the original item in the time specified when I ordered it.
