Ordered washer and dryer from LG to be delivered by RXO. Appliances arrived at the warehouse promptly. Delivery scheduled twice and then cancelled around 8p the night before. No driver available when I called. A delivery company with no driver available...seriously! Cancelled my order with LG because after some research it can weeks to get an order delivered with multiple cancellations before it you get it. Who has time for that???

Our delivery did not show up on the day that it was supposed to. We waited all day into the late evening hours. We finally heard from our driver the next morning at 8 AM. Not a great experience. My time is also valuable and a phone call would’ve been appreciated.

I absolutely love how respectful and helpful the delivery team were! They did so great assuring we had all the cabinets on hand and had such great service getting our cabinets in cautiously! They communicated so well letting us know their ETA and was on time as mentioned. Had no issues at all! Absolutely great company, great delivering team! 10/10

All the cabinets are damaged. The delivery guy was literally rolling them in the house. He then attacked them when the box clearly said not to stack on that side.

I will need a full replacement of all the doors and drawers. Some boxes are cracked also.

Delivery Mishap on Scheduled Day

I had arranged for my delivery on a Saturday, specifically. However, they canceled my scheduled delivery and offered to let me reschedule. Instead, I received a notification that they would arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on Tuesday, with a text alert 30 minutes before. Unfortunately, we did not receive the notification by 5 PM the day prior, as promised. On the day of delivery, when it was 7:30 PM and still no word, I called and found out I was 14th in line while they were delivering to the 12th. I had the option to wait past 8 PM or reschedule. They eventually showed up at 9 PM, outside the promised delivery window. Communication before and during the delivery process needs significant improvement. The truck tracker was unhelpful in showing the truck's location. Ultimately, everything was delivered, so it ended well (aside from losing 13 hours), but the service is overpromising and underdelivering. The delivery team was the only positive aspect.

The representatives were highly professional and assisted me in checking each item. When one box was found to be damaged, he opened it for us to inspect together. Fortunately, the cabinet was unharmed. We are very satisfied with this service. Thank you!

Delivery promises fall short

My delivery was set for Saturday, which was intentional. They canceled that delivery and offered to reschedule. Instead, I received a notice saying they'd arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on Tuesday, with a text 30 minutes before.
