I had purchased a Victorinox spectra medium suitcase which I needed to return. The customer services staff Emma was really helpful and went out of her way during the holiday period to facilitate this. I was impressed with the professionalism and care she took to answer my questions.
Item arrived quickly and was personalised as promised. After purchase, I was disappointed to find the same item at Fenwicks with a discount of 20% (or £130 less than I paid). 'Free' Personalisation was nice - but not worth that much!
I have left a review for my first purchase from this company. It was a great experience buying from a company that fulfils their orders promptly and arranges fast delivery. This suitcase was purchased to match a small cabin version bought a few days before. I was impressed.
