This is my first review on Trustpilot! It was 5-start customer service and delivery from London Luggage. I have ordered 2 Tumi backpacks and returned the first and kept the 2nd. Personalisation was done nicely and I received the bag just in 2 days along with the instant notifications for the shipping and delivery notes. A return delivery was also arranged right away and their customer service was delightful. One of the best online shopping experiences.
Found exactly what I was looking for at the most competitive price even vs. brand shop. Service and order process was very easy to with quick delivery although the item was personalised. The team kindly included an additional travel bundle which was as pleasant surprise! Highly recommend shopping London Luggage!
Lovely robust suitcase with quality interior compartments and zip pockets. I chose the green which is a contrast to the standard coloured luggage. The combination lock is easy to use. The suitcase had the 2 way system for pulling behind or infront. The suitcase waw good value for money.
