Amazing from start to finish.Was directed to London Luggage after looking at the poor trust pilot results for the Samsonite website. Delighted I stumbled across this website. Within a couple of hours of ordering I had notifications to say it had been dispatched.Arrived a day early which i was delighted about. Tracking was easy and I knew where it was at every stage. Flawless system, especially this time of year and on the back of the Black Friday sales when things can be chaos.Will definitely use London luggage again.

Lovely Samsonite luggage

I received my luggage on time and was kept informed regarding delivery. However, the case arrived well protected in a box but the backpack arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging, very disappointing. Thankfully it was not damaged.

As always, excellent service from London Luggage, well packaged and delivered on time. Easy to order on line and looks exactly like the image displayed.Suitcase ordered for my husband as a Christmas gift so we haven't given it a trial run yet!
