I am extremely disappointed! I placed my first order and received a tracking number from overseas, despite their local address. It took over three months to receive it. After a month, I was notified of a second order being shipped, claiming I was subscribed to something I never agreed to. I canceled immediately. I returned the first order and got confirmation, yet I’m still waiting for my refund. The second order was sent after my cancellation and arrived damaged. I was promised a refund, but it’s been months with no sign of it.
This is incredibly frustrating! I canceled the card linked to my first order, yet somehow they managed to send another shipment using my new card number. I'm absolutely furious. My card company indicated it went through a third-party platform, which I know nothing about, but that's how they accessed my new number.
Please stop sending products I don’t use and charging my credit card. I mistakenly ordered from you, and now I’m being charged multiple times a month for items sent to my ex. There’s no contact number available, and I need to change my credit card due to this issue.
