Overall very good. I bought a second-hand mobile phone for £25 from them. Fast delivery,and the phone was in great condition. However it didn't come with a charging cable. Also the package was only lightly wrapped and my postman just shoved it through the letter-box where it bounced on the floor (I heard it from the next room). It is only luck that it wasn't damaged.
