I paid for a bank note and coin, which is listed on my account, yet I never received it. Now, I have to send proof of payment, but every time I do, they can't open the attachment. I've tried six different ways, and it seems impossible to move forward. I've lost my money and will not use this company again or recommend them to anyone; they are shameful. This was paid for on October 29th.
