I paid postage for a free coin, and after this London Mint started sending me invoices for coins that to the best of my knowledge I never ordered or received, it would seem that they're operating a type of hard selling racket which includes intimidating phone calls without being able to evidence or substantiate their claims, it's about time that the police got involved and closed them down!
I paid 23.90 for a bank note and coin, which is reflected in my account on the website, but I never received it. Now, I'm required to send a copy of my payment, which I have, but every time I send it, they claim they can't open the attachment. I've tried sending it in various formats six times, making it impossible to move forward. I've lost that money and will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone. This payment was made on October 29th.
The coins from here are excellent if you know what you want. I collected their silver sovereign, for instance. However, I received a mystery box filled with unsellable coins and freebies. After returning it, they have been pursuing me for the payment for two months, despite my calls confirming my return was received. It's very frustrating.
I paid for a bank note and coin, which is listed on my account, yet I never received it. Now, I have to send proof of payment, but every time I do, they can't open the attachment. I've tried six different ways, and it seems impossible to move forward. I've lost my money and will not use this company again or recommend them to anyone; they are shameful. This was paid for on October 29th.
