Self- Defence lesson.

Had a great session on self-defence! We covered really practical stuff, like staying safe while walking home late at night and the reality of using legal self-defence spray. It wasn't just theory, we got stuck into the practical side of how to actually fight back if needed. I feel much more confident being safe in different places.Highly recommend!
