This site is a complete scam, I wonder how it is possible that it is still in operation?I bought a pair of UGG TAZZ on December 29th. First of all, they say on their website that the items will be shipped 48 hours after the order is placed, but that is a lie because they are shipped from China and take about 20 days to arrive in France. I needed the item urgently because I had to travel, and when I saw that it was not being shipped, I sent them an email to request that the order be cancelled. They only replied to my email when the order was shipped, saying that I could only return it when the product arrived at my address. Once I received the product, I sent an email again to request a refund and received the worst response I could have expected: “We do not refund shoes or items on sale, you can check our terms and conditions”. To make matters worse, they say on their website that the items were authentic, but in fact they are fake. I went to several stores and they confirmed to me that the shoes were not authentic, and what shocks me the most is that they sent a “certificate of authenticity”. I will file a complaint against this site with the competent authorities in the hope of getting my money back, but for those of you who have never bought anything from this site, simply RUN AWAY!!!!
