Seek a refund through your credit card as the incorrect sizes classify the item as defective, making the seller liable for return shipping. If they fail to respond, it doesn’t matter, as that’s the evidence your bank needs to prove you are attempting to resolve the issue. Someone clearly thought they were clever setting up this scheme, but if you know how to navigate the process, you can reclaim your money. The same hoodies are available on another platform for much less, and that site doesn’t falsely advertise a free t-shirt. They also misrepresent materials, which is beneficial for your bank claim. I detest scams. Individuals like this rely on you not pursuing a refund... So, as I have done, please go through your bank and request a chargeback as these products are defective!
Scam alert.. Scammers Alert.. Do not order from these. They lie about a free t-shirt. They have no intention of sending out a 'free tshirt' with the order. The sizes are all wrong. It's all shipped from China. Communication is terrible. I've started a dispute with my bank!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.If you have come across this message to late, hopefully you have paid with your credit card so you can do a charge back. The orders they are sending out might state one size, but they are incorrect. Also the material they claim to be used is another lie, these are Chinas own Polyester. The item is NOT as described. Claim your money back via your credit card as due to the dogey sizes the item is classed as defective. This means the seller is automatically responsible for return shipping costs. If they refuse to respond, it's irrevlant as it's the evidence the bank needs to show that you are trying your end to resolve the issue. Someone obviously thought they were being very clever setting up this silly little scam, but not clever enough if you know what your doing to get your money back..These exact same hoodies go on Temu for a fraction of the price, and the difference is Temu doesn't lie about a free t-shirt. They also lie about the materials used,which is excellent because it's all the bank needs to claim in your favour.I hate scammersPeople like this count on you not claiming for a refund... So like I have, please go through the bank and claim for a charge back as these items are Defective!
This site is a complete scam, I wonder how it is possible that it is still in operation?I bought a pair of UGG TAZZ on December 29th. First of all, they say on their website that the items will be shipped 48 hours after the order is placed, but that is a lie because they are shipped from China and take about 20 days to arrive in France. I needed the item urgently because I had to travel, and when I saw that it was not being shipped, I sent them an email to request that the order be cancelled. They only replied to my email when the order was shipped, saying that I could only return it when the product arrived at my address. Once I received the product, I sent an email again to request a refund and received the worst response I could have expected: “We do not refund shoes or items on sale, you can check our terms and conditions”. To make matters worse, they say on their website that the items were authentic, but in fact they are fake. I went to several stores and they confirmed to me that the shoes were not authentic, and what shocks me the most is that they sent a “certificate of authenticity”. I will file a complaint against this site with the competent authorities in the hope of getting my money back, but for those of you who have never bought anything from this site, simply RUN AWAY!!!!
