After ordering a product that looked different online, I emailed the company for a refund and a return label. Unfortunately, I have not received a response. I included both the website image and a photo of the item I received, which was noticeably different in color. It's disappointing that my concern about the misleading product representation was ignored. I had hoped for a professional response, but without cooperation, I will need to report this issue.
