Discrepancy in product appearance

Received incorrect item

Received an item that did not match the website image and reached out via email for a refund and return label. The company has not responded with the label or refund information. I included pictures from the website and of the item I received, which is quite different in color. It is unprofessional not to respond to an email regarding a misrepresented item. I had hoped they would rectify the situation by apologizing and providing the return label, but due to their lack of resolution, I will report this matter.
