I want to share a negative experience. I booked a ticket using a gift card I had received from a friend. I booked while I was not wearing my glasses and was really convinced I had clicked on June, but instead I had clicked on July.
Literally 1 minute later o received the confirmation email and I saw the mistake. I looked for the customer service email and I communicated my problem, asking if I could just change the date, it had been a min.
And there it comes, that cold email saying, tickets can’t be changed bla bla, unless paying £10 for administration fee. Really? What is that costs £10? This is just pure greed, and unfairness. Tickets are already so expensive! I will go to watch the show in the booked day, and will be happier to miss it rather than paying £10 more for “administration fees”.
