Am I being scammed? I ordered a book as a Christmas gift on January 7th. The website mentioned that the cutoff for UK Christmas deliveries was December 15th. Now it's December 31st, 2025, and I still haven't received the item or the refund I requested. I emailed the support team, but they informed me they'd be unavailable until January 5th. I'm concerned that I may have been scammed.
