This was top quality meat! I cook around 20.000.00 K a year. But I would like to know why it’s so high. I had 8 people over that eat with me a lot. I also fixed some black angus prime. And cut each steak in half and told them to tell me the difference. They did not know which was which when I cooked them or severed them. They could not pick out the wagu. Prime was 18.00$ a pound. Which is a 16 oz steak. I paid 500.00 dollars for 8 of yours! You should be able to tell the difference!
