I really enjoyed playing the games on their platform. The games were great, easy to navigate. However, im giving LoneStar one star due to the poor redemption process. Before purchasing any SC, I made sure my account was verified, so if I won, I'll have no issues redeeming. It just so happens, I won. I redeemed my winnings on 4/9/26, I received an email on 4/9 telling me that my redeem request has been received successfully and will be processed shortly. I still haven't received my winnings. I've reached out via email on four different occasions and I received two responses back. One response was telling me that their reviewing it and the 2nd response was telling me I can go to their platform and check the status. Now im here leaving this review because I still haven't received my winnings, when I checked the status on their platform, its shows as still "Pending". This is terrible & very poor Customer Service. I play online gaming daily and LoneStar has been the worst as far as receiving your Winnings. I will do an update once I receive my winnings.
*UPDATE* After leaving this review, I woke up this morning & my winnings was finally in my account! LoneStar does pay, however, the redemption process is very very slow. Hopefully, they fix this issue because other than this, their platform is very enjoyable.
