I was promised trade in credit when I was at the store after giving explicit details to some things I have. LIES, LIES. Luke and management have wasted my time, I was told they take everything, super positive, I went through all my stuff. Spend lots of time waiting…. Now im going to spend 2 grand and all my business elsewhere. This is a joke,..And I hate when drummers pretend to know lots… Luke Cooper has to stop pretending he knows a lot about drums and cymbals when he doesn’t seem to understand his own inventory. Find some new workers. He lost more than 10 grand I would have dropped in the next month at your location. Who am I? I run my own brand and I wouldn't tolerate workers doing this shit.
