I ordered patio furniture and arranged delivery but the carrier lost the pallet with the furniture on at their warehouse. Staff at Customer Care helped enormously by providing me with support and when the delivery couldn’t take place they arranged a replacement which arrived promptly the next day. If I could I would give them 10 stars for their friendly customer service and support.
