I ordered flowers for a friend at a care home—she says she never received them, but I suspect her memory might be at fault. However, your report indicates the flowers were signed for by "Tom," and the staff at the care home assert there is no Tom there. The photo shows the flowers left on a pavement, which seems unlikely given they should have been delivered to the Reception Desk.
