Although there was a slight language barrier they had translators and the team made sure I was happy through every stage and the surgent allowed me to say where I wanted my hair line and exactly the shape I wanted.I came from the UK so you could understand how nervous I was, but I really felt at home and comfortable with the staff they really made me feel at ease. The painless anaesthesia shots they administer before the actual needles really did reduce the pain (please ask for this) I did my research and heard the injections really hurt and this deterred me for a while but I found myself thinking is this it a slight discomfort once I actually felt the needles.
