Everything was flawlessly organized. The doctor was exceptional in his role and incredibly approachable, which significantly alleviated my anxiety as someone who is generally reserved. I had an amazing patient coordinator who was possibly one of the kindest individuals I've encountered, always available to assist and guide me through the process. The nurses at the facility were also very friendly and supportive during my time there. If I ever needed similar services again, I would not hesitate to return. :)

After payment, I learned the surgeon was not available during the agreed timeframe, contradicting my confirmations. I requested a refund immediately, but was told the deposit was non-refundable, despite no date being booked. I have repeatedly sought a refund, but they refuse. This feels misleading, and I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options.
