As I have done times before, I arrived at the Greece, NY store at Route 104/I-390 and chose to sit at the bar to order takeout. After sitting for ~10 minutes, I was asked if I had been helped. When I answered no, I was told the "take-out" server was being summonsed to help me. Several minutes later she appeared. She did not offer a menu, but fortunately I didn't need one. I placed my order for takeout and asked for a glass of wine while I waited. The server said she would put my order in and have the bartender come over. The bartender came over.... but to the couple seated at my right. After waiting 15 minutes more, a total of over 45, I left without having been served. I felt the long wait was uncalled for. It was not THAT busy!!!!
