I wanted to write an updated new review for Lookah.
I had an issue with a device and they were so quick to fix that.
Something else happened and they even jumped to fix that issue for me and have absolutely gone above and beyond to help. The new device I was sent is absolutely amazing. Straight banger! They’ve received a customer for life from me and for sure all my friends are amazed and excited to buy their products.
Since the first model was launched, I have consistently used these products and have become a dedicated fan of their vape technology. All items I've purchased have surpassed my expectations. I even gifted several vapes, and everyone has enjoyed them. They are well-crafted, user-friendly, and provide an excellent vaping experience. The customer support is outstanding; I encountered a minor issue, and they resolved it quickly and satisfactorily. Finding good customer service can be tough, but here it truly shines. I wholeheartedly recommend these products; you won’t regret it.

The customer service was disappointing. The product did not work. Even the contact email on their website promised a response but never followed through. It seems my inquiry was ignored. Although I've heard they usually have great products, there are too many other companies to be treated poorly. I’m a lost customer, and I doubt they care.
