My vehicle was recovered after going into limp mode with the EPC light on. When I went to collect a courtesy car, the first service advisor was dismissive and asked me to sit down while serving others who arrived after me. I then waited around 30 minutes with no explanation. The service manager was helpful and made sure I was sorted quickly.
Communication about my vehicle was poor. I was told it was ready to collect with “no fault found” and no explanation of what had been done. The next day I was told it still needed road testing. The car was with them for two weeks and I never received a proper VHC report.
When I collected it, the car hadn’t been washed and was parked extremely close to another vehicle. There were scratches to the front wheel arch and paint damage to the rear driver’s door that were not there before — I have photos to prove it. I was told a manager would call me on 16 February. but I’ve had no follow-up.
Overall, very disappointing service and lack of communication.
