First time in a lot of years Volvo have done a fabulous job on my service. All went smoothly and the previous issues resolved in a very satisfactory manner. Hope the service continues to be good.
Tyneside Audi were brilliant from beginning to end.
The day I walked into their showroom to browse and look at different models any questions I had were answered and nothing was a problem, I felt looked after and I as the customer mattered.
I picked up my new vehicle 14/02/26 and have never looked back.
Big shout out to all the sales team but especially Andy Webster, this man never stops and consistently kept me updated (day and night)!!

If you want a garage that you can drop your car off, never hear from anybody, not be able to get through on the phone to ask them what’s going on, and that ignore emails, you’ve found it. Do you want to use the car you bought? Sorry, not happening if you get work done here.
A repair they did under warranty failed in less than 10 months. When taken back in, they told us that their work isn’t covered. So confident they are in their own workmanship and parts, the moment you pay them you’re on your own.
They even charge you £120 for the privilege of diagnosing the problem you told them about.
What caused it? A stone chip apparently. On three sides of the car. At the same time. Remarkable diagnostics. Definitely not terrible parts.
A complaints email will sort it you might think. Or even a formal complaint. Both of these will be ignored.
Ring sales though, they answer. And when they can’t do anything because they’re not in the same department, you’ll get a call back before the weekend to make sure you know what’s going on and aren’t left ignored for 2 more days. Nope, theyll ignore your calls, leave and turn the phone off, leaving you without a car for 2 weeks for a 1 day repair.
Lookers VW Preston have single handedly ensured a loyalty to a brand of car I’ve bought since my first car 25 years ago, ends with this one. Never buying a VW again.
Hands down the worst garage I’ve ever been to. Expensive, unresponsive, neither proactive nor reactive, and when their poor repairs fail you’re on your own.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is awful from Audi Edinburgh and also Audi customer services. 6month wait to get your electric car looked at and not even given a replacement. Will never buy an Audi again.
My vehicle was recovered after going into limp mode with the EPC light on. When I went to collect a courtesy car, the first service advisor was dismissive and asked me to sit down while serving others who arrived after me. I then waited around 30 minutes with no explanation. The service manager was helpful and made sure I was sorted quickly.
Communication about my vehicle was poor. I was told it was ready to collect with “no fault found” and no explanation of what had been done. The next day I was told it still needed road testing. The car was with them for two weeks and I never received a proper VHC report.
When I collected it, the car hadn’t been washed and was parked extremely close to another vehicle. There were scratches to the front wheel arch and paint damage to the rear driver’s door that were not there before — I have photos to prove it. I was told a manager would call me on 16 February. but I’ve had no follow-up.
Overall, very disappointing service and lack of communication.
Before the service I was sent a job sheet with 6 lines on it for different items, (one was an environmental charge of £10, no idea what that is about), one was a wash and vac, one was to refresh the air con, ( I had asked for that) and one was the service.
When I got the car back only the service had been done, and the price of that didn’t match that quoted on the job sheet. The car wasn’t washed, the aircon hadn’t been done.
I was sent a link so I could see the status of the job during the day, this didn’t work and just took me to a page where I could book a service, not that useful really.
I will say both of the staff I spoke to in the service office were really helpful and professional, it’s just the systems and communication that has let Kia Stockport down
I recently bought my perfect car from Lewis at Lookers. Been such an easy and straightforward process and he and the rest of the team couldn’t do enough for me. It’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with all, especially Lewis whom helped me chose and got a car with everything I was looking for. So thank you all so much.

Possibly the poorest levels of communication i've experianced. Reserved a car - and constant delays / lack of communication from the rep. Went to cancel and spoke to the manager, who assured me the cancellation of the vehicle and return of reservation fee. 3 weeks on absolutely nothing - generally just a terrible experiance

All staff encountered were strong on communication and customer service.
Best experience by far with a main dealer to date.
Whole process from check in to collection was fuss free and professional.
Particularly impressed with patience and calm displayed.
More than happy to return.
Visited the showroom in Stoke and spent around 30 minutes looking for a used X5. Was interested in discussing two cars in particular but not one member of staff bothered to even acknowledge my presence so I walked out. Clearly not interested in selling cars. Oh well.
