Was surprised to see a bag full of goodies when I received my order. My order was over £100 and they’d give me a free make up bag. However I thought that would be empty.. it had a lot of nice stuff inside that I can actually make use of: an Anua face mask that I really liked and going to purchase again, full size eye lash serum that I was looking to purchase, travel size rio de janeiro body cream and a lot of other little things that made me happy.

It was good and very quick delivery but i didnt get my free gift i was so exited for it as well and then it didnt come and i was very dissapointed but its prolly not their fault anyway prolly just got lost sadly

Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order worth over £180 which was sent via Evri. Tracking information stated that the parcel had been delivered and left in a “safe place”. However, when I arrived home, there was no parcel anywhere to be found. I thoroughly checked around my property, with neighbours, and any possible safe locations, but the parcel was simply not there.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially given the value of the order. Customers should not have to deal with the stress of missing parcels or rely on unreliable delivery confirmations. I immediately raised a case as soon as I received the delivery confirmation email, but I have not received any response or update since.
For a company that customers trust and spend significant amounts of money with, I would expect far better accountability and customer support when issues like this occur. It should not fall on the customer to chase missing parcels when the courier has failed to deliver correctly.
I would appreciate this matter being investigated properly and resolved as soon as possible, as this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in ordering again in the future.
I found the product I needed easily and at a very good price, delivery was amazing. I ordered at 8.30pm and it arrived the following morning even though it was a Saturday. I couldn't fault the service
