Extremely disappointed with Lookfantastic. I ordered a large Rituals set, but they cancelled the main items because of 'shipping restrictions' to my country. However, instead of cancelling the whole order, they sent a single 7€ pencil and charged me the FULL international shipping fee. Their customer service keeps sending automated bot replies and refuses to refund the shipping cost for an error they made. Order #750007805. Beware of this company!
