If zero stars was an option that is what I would be giving Lookfantastic right now. Ordered a hairdryer set (unavailable in the US) from them in mid December. Shipping estimates were that it would arrive well before Christmas. At 2am this morning, received an email informing me that the package was being held in Customs and that "there may be outstanding tax/duties to be paid. If you no longer want to receive your parcel please contact your local customs office to reject the parcel. Please be advised, we are unable to do this on your behalf". There was no guidance on where the package is being held, phone number etc.What about providing some assistance beyond this? Lookfantastic has taken my payment and basically left me to track down the package, pay the extra fees/duties and hope the package arrives. At this point, I don't even know where to begin. US customers beware if you buy anything from Lookfantastic.
