Ordered my daughter a sol de janeiro spray for her birthday. Order arrived but it was the incorrect spray, she already had the spray and I knew she’d be disappointed. I emailed customer service asking them to send a refund label and sent photos of what I’d ordered and the spray they had sent . They said if I wanted to return I would have to pay my own postage. I emailed that it was their error, but they would have none of it. The spray was £24 without delivery, it wasn’t cheap. Terrible customer service, will never order from them again……
Genuinely the worst scam of a company ever. I purchased an LED nail lamp from them. It arrived faulty. so I returned it and ordered a new one. Not only was the new one faulty, it arrived in clearly used condition, dirty, scratched, missing stickers and protective packaging missing. I returned it, at first they tried to lie to me and tell me they hadn't received it even though i could see by the tracking and the confirmation emails their company sent me that they HAD in fact received it. Now they're telling me they tried to refund me but "clearpay blocked the refund" and there's nothing further they can do. they even had the audacity to wish me " good luck" after keeping my money even though they have in fact confirmed they have my faulty item in their possession. I contacted clearpay who said they havent event received the refund from the merchant. there's nothing showing from their side. Absolute scam and the worst customer service ever. would avoid at all cost. I am £40 out of pocket for a dodgy used item Look Fantastic tried to sell me, and they've kept my return and refused to refund me. 100/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Begrudging update: after almost a month of fighting with their useless customer service, was finally refunded to my original payment method. Refund came in 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous scam of a company will never be purchashing from them again!
If zero stars was an option that is what I would be giving Lookfantastic right now. Ordered a hairdryer set (unavailable in the US) from them in mid December. Shipping estimates were that it would arrive well before Christmas. At 2am this morning, received an email informing me that the package was being held in Customs and that "there may be outstanding tax/duties to be paid. If you no longer want to receive your parcel please contact your local customs office to reject the parcel. Please be advised, we are unable to do this on your behalf". There was no guidance on where the package is being held, phone number etc.What about providing some assistance beyond this? Lookfantastic has taken my payment and basically left me to track down the package, pay the extra fees/duties and hope the package arrives. At this point, I don't even know where to begin. US customers beware if you buy anything from Lookfantastic.
My parcel was meant to be delivered to the post office, I went to the post office and it wasn't there. I chased Evri, they told me to chase look Fantastic. The customer service team has asked me to fill in forms, go back to the post office, check with my neighbours (even though it wasn't meant to be delivered to my house). I've done all this and they refuse to send another parcel or give me a refund.
My order (the first and last) has been in a constant loop of 'we tried and failed to deliver/no one in/being returned/we will refund/no refund arrives/we will dispatch againWe work from home and are always in. No customer service at all. These are professional crooks.
Absolute con artists - order placed a month ago, not even moved past the processing stage. Multiple attempts to cancel order through their useless website and "messaging centre" which no one replies to. Clicked cancel order, nothing happens and now that option has been removed. Total fraudsters taking money for christmas presents and failing to deliver or refund. DO NOT USE.
The company seems to be operating a form a package fraud - in which packages aren't sent but the funds are taken from customers. The company then draws out any discussion across multiple parties, forms, and systems presumably with the hope that customers will give up. Will be reporting to the regulator and consumer watchdogs.
Well I was given account credit due to the last order that went wrong. Firstly this was put into my account wrong and I could not use it. Then it worked and I decided to use it with most of my own money. Again I am waiting weeks for my order and it is well past the estimated delivery time. When I contact on Instagram again I am waiting for a response or they accuse me of not being who I say I am, even though I have confirmed my details and have messaged them previously. This service is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. They have multiple angry customers but are too busy uploading promotion posts. Never ever again will I order this is the final straw. Very disappointed cause I’ve spent a lot of money on the website throughout the years and this is my thanks.
