My parcel was meant to be delivered to the post office, I went to the post office and it wasn't there. I chased Evri, they told me to chase look Fantastic. The customer service team has asked me to fill in forms, go back to the post office, check with my neighbours (even though it wasn't meant to be delivered to my house). I've done all this and they refuse to send another parcel or give me a refund.
