My reason for leaving this review is in the hope that Lookiero will improve their communications and customer satisfaction.
I placed my 1st (and only) order after my friend recommended them.
I went through the questions with them and then they chose some items... none of which I liked.
I emailed to say I didn't like any of the options and therfore please dont send.
They didn't respond to that email but did send me numerous emails saying there was a delay. I again said please just cancel this and they ignored me agaon. Eventually they sent me a random box of items that were dated and very overpriced for my age.
I emailed to say I wasn't happy with anything they had sent. NO RESPONSE.
A WASTE OF £10!
