Do NOT touch this crowd with a barge-pole!!! Up front, everything seems fine. You sign up. Give their "shopper" some style tips. Then receive your first parcel. Everything is of decent quality, but one has bad stitching on the hem, another doesn't fit, a third just isn't you, and the prices of everything are astronomical compared to what you would ordinarily pay for everyday clothing. So you keep the two items that you like and try to send back the rest.
This is where problem number one is encountered. They use Evri......Oh, f***!! Why does anyone ever use Evri?! There's a reason why they are cheap - they are also rubbish. If I had known before hand that Lookiero used Evri I never would have signed up, but in their T&C's it just says "a courier of their choice". The nearest collection point for me is 90 miles away!
So I email them to explain this and to see if they could either allow me to use another courier, or to arrange for a home collection. And after about 5 emails, only two of which were ever responded to by an actual human, they eventually, and very grudgingly, conceded that they would indeed arrange for home collection. I did warn them that in my experience Evri never collect on time and might need to be chased up, but hey! we all live in hope!
Problem number two. Evri (surprise! surprise!) did not collect the parcel. So back on to the emails I go to let Lookiero know this and to arrange another collection date. Once again many emails are ignored before I finally get a response to them - the response being, these items are now being charged to my account as I have not returned them!
So, if you are willing to accept and pay for everything they pick for you, regardless of quality, price, fit, or style - then go right ahead and use Lookiero. If you might ever want to return something to them - FORGET IT! They don't reply to your emails, they have NO phone number, they use the worst courier company in the world and you'll end up paying eye-wateringly high prices for stuff you can't even wear!!!!
Plus, arranging for a collection from my home address, which THEIR chosen courier does not fulfill, and then charging me for the items that I am attempting to return, is ILLEGAL under UK consumer law!
In case you are wondering about the prices, in total they charged me £260 for 5 items, that's an average of £52 per item - £52 for a cardigan!!! FFS!!!
I wish I had read the reviews of the many others on here who have had similar problems.

I received 5 items - the style was ok on some but the sizes were way out. I returned all five items - but lookiero have since attempted to take £61 for two items that they say I have kept. Despite sending several emails I have not had any response from them. I am worried about how I prove that the items were sent back. Will never use again. Very disappointed and worried about how long this will take to resolve.
This service has been quite frustrating for me, having had multiple subscriptions over the years. I just received a delivery today and specifically requested dress options, but I was only given one dress from my selection of ten items. I chose that dress, but it didn't arrive; instead, I received a shirt made of the same material. I want to enjoy this service, but it repeatedly falls short of expectations. Once again, I find myself thinking about unsubscribing, which feels like a mistake. Additionally, the support and contact options do not address my issue, leaving me to navigate this problem without resolution. I will likely return all but one item and unsubscribe, but my hope is for the service to fulfill its promises. The feature for liking items is also lacking. The photos provided are unclear, and I don't believe the personal shopper pays attention to them or my messages during the subscription. This is especially disappointing because a coat I received today is stunning and a definite keeper, but the photo didn't convey its warmth, material, or color accurately. It's much more stylish than the image suggests, though it's not very warm. In summary, the potential for a great service is there, but the execution is so poor that I would prefer shopping at a department store occasionally instead, as I can't rely on this service. It's unfortunate because I genuinely want to be a loyal customer.

This was done even though I had not received the package, making the payment unauthorized. Communication with their support team has been frustratingly poor, and the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against using their services and sharing your account information.

I am completely appalled by the service. After receiving boxes for a couple of years without issue, I now face problems. Although I’ve kept some items in the past, I have recently been wrongly charged for items I did not keep! After the first incident, I started documenting my returns, which thankfully helped. This time, nearly £150 was taken from my account for items I didn’t keep. Customer service is terrible, placing the blame on customers instead of addressing their own issues. This has happened twice in four months, which is unacceptable. Please check your bank statements regularly.
Update: I now have confirmation from couriers that my parcel is missing. They have not located it despite searching for two days. My order was shipped on November 16, but the tracking has shown delays and no movement since November 17. I've sent 13 emails to customer services, yet only received two responses. Their support is ineffective, and I am frustrated and anxious about being charged for items I never received. I regret falling for their advertising—please think twice before signing up.
While I received a nice set of items and kept three, I'm rating poorly due to being accused of not returning an item and subsequently charged for it. I returned all items in the provided pouch, but they have ceased communication, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It’s very disappointing, and I won’t be using their service again.
I ordered a subscription box on November 1 and paid for it. The original delivery date was set for November 27, but I received no order number. A stylist was supposed to contact me, but I never heard from anyone. Now, the delivery date has changed without explanation, and I feel misled.
